Our holistic sustainable health and wellness coaching program is designed to help you discover the best version of yourself. Working together, we guide you in creating a personalized system that encourages healthier living and meaningful habits tailored to your lifestyle.

What is Sustainable Health and Wellness Coaching?

The word “sustainable” has two meanings in our sustainable health and wellness coaching:

  1. Create lasting and enduring health changes, and

  2. Foster personal health and wellness changes that also align with the environmental health of our planet.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to our coaching. Lifestyle choices like eating organic food or using non-toxic personal care products are good sustainable health and wellness practices, but they are not for everyone. 

We don’t advocate for any one way of creating sustainable health and wellness in your life. Using our knowledge in sustainability and health, we work with you to explore the range of possibilities; determine what your unique, healthy lifestyle looks like; and assist you in achieving that vision.​

How It Works

Our sustainable health and wellness coaching program is a one-on-one, online and interactive approach to exploring your health concerns and providing support to help you better achieve your health goals.

During health and wellness coaching, we cover the following steps:​​

  • Assessment & Awareness: Examine your current diet, nutrition, household health, and personal care practices to identify areas for progress. If you're interested in exercise and fitness, a separate fitness assessment is performed.

  • Goal Setting: Work with you to establish a vision of what healthy living looks like for you.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with you to create a plan to achieve your vision of healthy living and monitor your progress along the way.

  • Implementation: Inform you using evidence-based research, sharing resources from recognized health and nutrition organizations.

  • Accountability & Growth: Provide encouragement and support to help you improve your lifestyle habits.

We offer pay-as-you-go coaching sessions or discounted 1-month or 3-month plans depending on your aspirations and needs.

By leveraging your strengths, we work together to establish health goals that make sense and make it easier for you to reach them.

Diet and Nutrition

A sustainable diet ranges from plant-based options to including environmentally-friendly meats in your meals. We assist you in examining and improving your eating habits—be it at the grocery store, in your kitchen, or out at restaurants—with the goal of helping you maintain a healthy weight and reduce your risk of illness.

Household & Personal Care 

Optimal health involves reducing contact with environmental hazards, household chemicals, and toxins found in everyday products. We work alongside you to assess your home and personal care routines, helping identify hidden risks and crafting practical steps to create a safer, more health-conscious lifestyle for you.

Exercise and Fitness

Making exercise a lasting part of your healthy lifestyle means committing to regular activity and, where possible, opting for eco-friendly workout solutions.  Certified in personal fitness training, we collaborate with you to design workouts that you enjoy and are tailored to your unique fitness level; guide your training; and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals.
